What is Perskindol® Classic and how is it used?
- Perskindol® Classic is available as Gel and Spray.
- The products are applied externally for the temporary relief from minor aches and pains in muscles and joints associated with arthritis, stiff neck, backache, sports injuries, tennis elbow, sprains and bruises.
- The products are rapidly absorbed by the skin without leaving any residue.
- They are non-greasy and do not stain hands and clothes.
- Perskindol® Classic first provides a pleasant cooling sensation which then gives way to penetrating warmth.

When should Perskindol® Classic not be used?
- Perskindol® Classic should not be applied to mucous membranes and open wounds.
- It should also not be applied to children under the age of 4 years.
- Perskindol® Classic should not be used by patients with a known hyper-sensitivity to any of the active ingredients.
Should Perskindol® Classic be applied during pregnancy or when breast feeding?
No negative effects are known to occur from the ingredients in Perskindol® Classic when applied externally.
However, patients should consult their physician before applying Perskindol® Classic during pregnancy or when breast feeding.
How is Perskindol® Classic to be applied?
- Apply Perskindol® Classic to 3 to 4 times daily to affected area.
- If used in conjunction with a compress, use only air-permeable material.
What side effects can be produced by Perskindol® Classic?
- The use of Perskindol® Classic has so far shown no side effects.
- The occurrence of a light reddish skin may occasionally happen and is harmless.
What precautions should be taken for using Perskindol® Classic?
- Keep out of reach of children!
- For external use only.
- Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
- Use only until the date indicated with < EXP >.

- Perskindol® Cool is available as Gel and Spray.
- The products are applied externally for an effective cold therapy. Because of its cooling property, Perskindol® Cool is effective in relieving muscles aches and pains and in decreasing the swelling after sports injuries such as sprains, bruises, muscle strains and contusions.
- The products are rapidly absorbed by the skin without leaving any residue.
- They are non-greasy and do not stain hands and clothes.
When should Perskindol® Cool not be used?
- Perskindol® Cool should not be applied to mucous membranes and open wounds.
- It should also not be applied to children under the age of 4 years.
- Perskindol® Cool should not be used by patients with a known hyper-sensitivity to the active ingredient and to patients with asthma.

Gel: Gently massage in a thin layer onto affected area several times a day. If used in conjunction with a compress, use only air-permeable material.
Spray: Apply to affected area by pressing the valve several times in short intervals. Observe a minimum distance of 15 cm.
